Total Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds sirloin or tenderloin beef, cut into 1-inch cubes

For the Marinade

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Vegetables and Skewers

  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 8-10 cherry tomatoes
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients: soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, honey or maple syrup, minced garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to combine.
  2. Place the beef cubes in a ziplock bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the beef, ensuring all the pieces are coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for more flavor.
  3. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 15-20 minutes to prevent burning.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated beef cubes onto skewers, alternating with the bell peppers, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
  6. Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the beef reaches your desired level of doneness.
  7. Once cooked, remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
  8. Serve the Grilled Marinated Beef Kabobs with your choice of side dishes, such as rice, salad, or grilled vegetables. Enjoy!
