Ingredients

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the lamb chops generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the lamb chops to the hot skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  4. During the last minute of cooking, add the minced garlic and rosemary sprigs to the skillet, and lightly press them onto the chops to infuse the flavors.
  5. Remove the lamb chops from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
