Total Time: 22 minutes

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  1. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
  2. Place the lamb chops in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Turn the chops to ensure they are evenly coated.
  3. Cover the dish and let the lamb chops marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for the best flavor.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the lamb chops from the marinade, allowing any excess marinade to drip off.
  6. Grill the lamb chops for about 6 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  7. Remove the lamb chops from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Serve the rosemary and garlic marinated lamb chops hot with your choice of side dishes or a fresh salad.
